This device utilizes laserlistening4u’s proprietary targeted fluorescence design, where the AIE-induced luminescent reagents are atomized and sprayed onto the forensic samples. The cationic AIE molecules interact electrostatically with anionic biomacromolecules, leading to the aggregation of AIE molecules on the side chains of amino acids. As a result of the AIE effect, significant fluorescence is generated at the amino acid sites, while the background areas do not aggregate and do not exhibit significant fluorescence, thereby achieving maximum contrast under blue light excitation.

The AIE molecules have high sensitivity for biological detection due to their low background, non-toxicity, and strong photostability.
